Wise Owl One Hour Enamel — Linen
Linen is a soft, sun-washed oatmeal — an easy warm neutral that reads crisp without going stark. It's the effortless backdrop for cabinet doors, a breakfast-nook hutch, or wainscot trim, layering with everything from brass to black. Self-priming over most surfaces with minimal prep, it lays down smooth and even in a single afternoon.
One Hour Enamel is Wise Owl's premium water-based acrylic enamel — a beautifully hard, durable finish that needs no primer and no topcoat. It's self-sealing, so the color you brush on is the protection: it levels smooth, cures to a washable, scrubbable surface built for cabinets, doors, trim, and everyday furniture, and you can recoat in about an hour. Low-VOC and low-odor with easy soap-and-water clean-up. Proudly made in the USA.
How to use
Wipe your piece clean and give slick or glossy surfaces a light scuff — no separate primer needed on most surfaces. Stir well, then brush or roll on thin, even coats, letting each dry about an hour before the next; most projects need just two. Because One Hour Enamel is self-sealing, there's no wax or topcoat step — just let it cure fully before heavy use. Clean brushes and spills with warm, soapy water while the paint is still wet.
